Position: Urdu Language Instructor
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (In-person and Virtual Teaching)

Quartermasters FZC, a UAE-based HR Consultancy company, is seeking a qualified Urdu Language Instructor for a diplomatic mission located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be an employee of Quartermasters FZC, delivering high-quality Urdu language training to adult learners, developing structured curricula, and conducting both in-person and virtual classes.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct engaging Urdu language classes for all proficiency levels (Beginner to Advanced) based on internationally recognized language frameworks.
✅ Develop tailored lesson plans and customized training materials to maximize learning outcomes.
✅ Administer language proficiency tests and provide regular student assessments.
✅ Deliver both in-person and virtual classes (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
✅ Submit monthly progress reports and record student feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics, Education, Urdu, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of teaching Urdu to adult learners.
• Experience in curriculum development and FSI-based assessments preferred.
• Prior experience with government, embassy, or diplomatic training is a plus.

🗣️ Language Skills:

• Native Urdu speaker with Professional-level English proficiency (FSI Level III or higher).

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proven classroom teaching experience for adult learners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
• Strong classroom management and cultural adaptability.

🔒 Security Clearance:

• Candidates must pass a security screening process.
• Provide two (2) professional references.

📍 Job Location: Islamabad (and surrounding areas) – Immediate start preferred.
